Read data from txt or csv and display in a gridview

Hi, i m new to asp.net and vb, looking for help...

in my project
1st, it will let users to upload a file in .txt or .csv ans store the file in a folder. (done)
2nd, read the data in the .txt or .csv and display it in a gridview. <<<problem

i do the project in both asp.net and vb

sample .txt or .csv file:
item price qty
aaa 23.9 10
bbb 45.3 9
ccc 23.0 9
