Sainath's Advice on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 :

Hi,

You can give a thought to doing certifications like PMP(Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) keeping in mind the Agile methodology.

More importantly, you should start taking up more and more responsibility in your projects. Responsibilities like :

- Planning and executing the transition for new developers

- Planning and executing all the actions pertaining to improving the performance of your project

- Increasing interaction with your key stakeholders

Basically, you should start taking up complete responsibility for certain areas and then seek to complete execution through team members.

Regards,
