Hello Sir,
I am a MCA graduateof 2011 batch. I need your guidance in one issue. I have offer as a 'Trainee Engineer' from one company which deals in BMC Remedy - ITSM,ITIL area. And they have asked me for 2.5 years commitment with 2.5 lakhs as a surety if i break the commitment before 2.5 years. I wanted to know that whether it is good to choose BMC Remedy as a Career path and also what should i consider before accepting the offer (with 2.5 years and 2.5 lakhs commitment ). Please guide me.

Hi,

BMC Remedy is one of the leading industry tools - skill in this area has market value. However, this kind of surety amount is not a good practice at all. I personally would not recommend this course of action but it also depends upon which organization you are joining. The point is, this kind of an agreement gives absolute veto power to an employer which is not a good option at all, unless, of course, you have no other option. Even so, my suggestion would be to search for other alternatives, these are regressive practices.

Actually is not fare any leading industry or any big company. if you have a good knowledge, worth than why your thinking about it.
Just you ask your soul, what it is telling?
Then decide, actually market is good now, this type of chance get any time but worth full and good opportunities comes only once you have to catch it.

Hi, is that a thirdparty company outsourcing to BMC? If so, then investigate about that company and try to get more details on it.
