Rajesh's Advice on Saturday, June 09, 2012 :

There are some good opportunities coming up in WPF areas.  Work towards it, understand the various associated patterns like MVVM, Command Pattern, Observables etc.

Also, be in touch with web development as well.  Because future belongs to web.  So, learn asp.net along the way as well.

Also understand associated technologies like web services, WCF etc.  You will find yourself in good position once you master these things.

Regards,
Rajesh Pillai

Try to work on c# rather than vb or vb.net ,
although both languages are equally strong but there is always more demand for c# developer than vb.net,

Try to move further to web application development than win form application , also learn database language like SQl .
It is possible only requires some more efforts

hopefully this helps you....all the best

Thank you so much for all your guidance.

So, i have to learn things which is almost different from what i worked till today.
Is my work experience is worth or not ?
Off course gaining knowledge is worth but at the same time settling down is also important.
Will you please suggest me on these...

Regards,
Malashree

Well learning new things is a heart of this industry and its very hard survive with out upgrading,
and for me upgrading is the most amazing thing.

Any development experience certainly increases your logic and this is it.....

Settling down in terms of technology well ... It would never happen
and you can not guess technology in demand after 5-6 years so just try to learn some thing new on each day.

Always try to be a good student and enjoy the new technologies and I am sure you will never get bored.
because how hard you work now will definitely pays you back..
