Rajesh's Advice on Monday, September 17, 2012 :
Give some brief about yourself.  What did you do in this gap of 2-3 years.  Did you took time for doing your higher studies, or your changed line.

In what area are you looking for job?  Are you looking for to work as a programmer, tester or database developer.

Accept whatever offer you will get and start working instead of looking for good job. After getting inline with current techs you will definitely get good offer.

You need to get an answer when you will be asked abt the gap. Improve your skills. May be a small company would give you a good start and then you can head to MNCs
