Sainath's Advice on Sunday, October 14, 2012 :
Hi,
It is evident that programming is not your cup of tea. You can target testing as an option - initially, your 1 year of programming experience will not be considered, but after some months of actual testing work it will not be a problem. To answer the 2nd part of your question. please refer to the links below:

Dear Rajesh,
It is not the case that i do not want to do coding at all. Thing is that i can do coding but not so deeply. I can comfortably do work on C# as i am doing this for last 1 year but i feel i am not so fast in development as i usually takes bit more time in developing application. But thing is that by doing this coding sometimes i really loss peace of mind . The only reason behind the shifting of path is just "i really like to do testing. I also looking for the automation testing but i have heared that for starting in testing field you hv to start from manual testing. I will definactly go for testing which includes some coding also but not so deeply coding as a developer does. Hope u will get my point and provide me precious advice.
Thanks & Regards:

Dear Sainath, Rajesh,
In various interview a question being asked by the interviewer that since you have been in development for 1 yr then why u want to shift into testing? usually i answers this question in a way that " i am passionate about testing so i want to join testing" but this answers doesn't justify for shifting into testing. Kindly suggest proper answer to this question so that i can answer such kind of question for further interviews. Eagerly waiting for your reply.
Thanks & Regards:
