Hi Folks

Currently I am looking for a job change. I have 3.5+ exp in .net technology. I am working in NON-IT company so i am not getting any technical exposure and not learning any thing new. So I desperately want to change this job. I am looking forward to join a software industry. So Please provide your reference and guidness.

Sainath's Advice on Sunday, August 08, 2010 :
The job market is gradually going upbeat - please analyze the job descriptions on job sites and identify the gaps in your resume. Work on upgrading your skills by attending courses on weekends / late in the evening on weekdays. Self-study may not work as the same requires self-discipline which few people possess. Keep applying and attending interviews - it is not as if people working in non-IT companies are not able to make it to IT companies. It is all about your skill set, how the interview went. what is the potential employer's need, etc.
