currently i am working with a company for more that 3.8 yrs,in my previous company i worked for 2 yrs.i am into the .net development using c#,asp.net,sql server (all in 2008 version)

Now my problem is that my previous company has been in the black listed and even the company and its url doesn't exist now.

I did my mca(regular) in 2004 with 65% marks, and before mca i have one yr break after my graduation, for graduation(distant) also it took 4 yrs to complete with third division, in inter and ssc i have more than 60%.

i am trying for a job change, because i am doing the same kind of work daily, i am not getting much chance to improve and implement the new concepts ,as it is sufficient to work with old concepts in our office.ours is a small company where proper sdlc process, oops concepts based programming etc are Not maintained.

To improve my career and new concepts i need to change my current job. currently i have been practicing the .net 2008 concepts on my own.

My doubts are
1). should i state my previous exp now or should i only go with the current exp ?
2).what if i keep only my current exp (which is 3.8 yrs), how abt the 2 yrs gap ?
3). what if i keep both my exp

Now i am in a big dilemma with these sort of questions in my mind. Can you please guide me to grow my career path and to get a job in an MNC

Sainath's Advice on Saturday, October 23, 2010 :
Hi,

First and foremost - regardless of what has happened in the previous company, any potential employer will look at you from the point of view of what you are today and not what has happened in the past. While a thorough check will be done about past experience, you will not have a problem provided your posture is right and you state your case properly. That can only happen if you are yourself comfortable with the whole thing and do not look upon it as a blot - after all, you have gained experience in the blacklisted company as well.
