Rajesh's Advice on Thursday, March 03, 2011 :

Read blogs, listen to podcast, attend webcasts.  Here are couple of links that may be of interest to you.

- http://channel9.msdn.com/  (everything about microsoft technologies)
- www.dimecasts.net (good vides on TDD, patterns, IOC, DI, WCF etc)
- www.dofactory.com (dedicated site for design patterns)
- www.questpond.com  (good videos on wcf, asp.net, patterns etc)
- stackoverflow.com  (all answers to your questions)

Read couple of good books on each subject which you would like to master.  And the best way to learn would be share with community what you have learned by writing blog posts, answering questions in the forums etc.

Visit www.dotnetfunda.com more often :)

Hope this helps.
