Vishwas's Advice on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 :

It has been roller coaster ride for you in the company. When you have worked for 3.5 years, you must have gained
some technical knowledge (if not project knowledge) which you may be aware of and if you assess yourself on the dot net front , there is likelihood that  you may find you are better than you have thought. There could be opportunities in many organizations for dot net at entry level which you can think of though you may not gain the advantage of experience. This way, you could get occupied and also start learning the dot net on live project. Training's from reputed institutes for dot net courses can also help to boost the confidence and improve upon the job readiness. Most importantly, there are always possibilities, one needn't loose heart but keep trying.
