Step 1: Download
First we need to download the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Report Builder from here.
Step 2: Install the Report Builder
Next we need to install the ReportBuilder3.msi
Click Next Button, and choose, "I accept the terms in the License Agreement"
Click Next Button and choose the location of installation.
Click Next Button and enter the " Default Target Server" URL e.g. http://RNSReportBuilder/reportserver
Click Next Button to prompt for the installation process to start
Click "Install" button and the installation process will start. Once installation is over, we will receive the below screen.
A system reboot is needed after this.
After the system reboot, we will find the Report Builder Icon as under
Step 3: Click on the Report Builder Icon
Now, let's click on the Report Builder Icon to get the Report Builder screen.
