How to get user location dynamically ?
We had an approach , i.e to get the location by using the user IP-Address . But it will give the location of the server not exactly the user.To get the location of the user we had Geo-location in HTML5 ,using this we can get the user location dynamically
HTML5 includes a Geo-location API that allows a Web application to determine your current geographical location, assuming the device you are targeting provides features for finding such information (for example, GPS on a cellphone). If you do not have a device that supports this feature (such as an iPhone or an Android 2.0-based smartphone), you can use Firefox and download a plug-in that allows you to set your location manually.
Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera support Geo-location.
Geo-location is much more accurate for devices with GPS.
Demo project is provided which gives the user location ,make sure that your browser supports the
Geo-location of HTML5 (Fire Fox 3.5 and above)
Thanks and Regards
