Finding whether the Input value is numeric or not ?

There is an inbuilt function in javascript for this
and the function is IsNan()
the sample usage is :

if(IsNan('saasasa')) // We can use the textbox's or control's value or innertext here
                  alert('Not a number');
else
                  alert('a number');
