CLR provides multithread support to applications.In what way it gives and at what situation it provides
and what is that multithread support?

The runtime provides the following benefits:

Language features such as inheritance, interfaces, and overloading for object-oriented programming.

Support for explicit free threading that allows creation of multithreaded, scalable applications.
