1 - RegisterClientScriptBlock - The script is specified as a string parameter.
2 - RegisterClientScriptInclude - The script content is specified by setting the src attribute to a URL that points to a script file.

RegisterClientScriptBlock : it allows you to place a javascript function at the top of the page means the script is in place for the startup of the page in the browser

RegisterClientScriptInclude : Registers the client script include with the Page object using a type, a key, and a URL.
