What are the differences between inheritance and abstract factory?

Don't tell inheritance is a OOPS concept and abstract factory is a design pattern, because that is obvious....

Mark this as answer, if it is.....

This url touches on it...

If you are genuinely interested in learning about abstact factory and design patterns then I highly recommend this book:

http://www.shelfari.com/books/34824/Head-First-Design-Patterns

It introduces all the main design patterns in a very understandable way.
