How can we call Cursor from front end i.e; from c# code
if it is possible then

No ,U can't call cursor in front end.

U can Write cursor inside the SP and Call in it.

A Cursor is NOT an object that you can call, it's an object that you declare, use and then deallocate it.

you can write a Stored proc and in the SP you can write a Cursor
