You can configure what to start first.

Just create one windows module and create a Sub Main()

Go to properties of your project and you can see Startup object can be set to Sub Main(). So for this the startup will be this method.

Application.Run() can be invoked to start an application.

Hello,

In Windows application, the form which is mentioned in Main() inside Application.Run() will be executed first.

For example, if you want to execute login form initially then you need to just change
Application.Run(new Login())
