Yes, it is possible to recover username and password of MS SQL Server if you have lost and forgotten. But it is only possible if you have the SA (system administrator) password. If you don't have the SA password, ask you administrator to set a new password for your login.

If this is not possible at the moment, you can try some third-party SQL Server Password Recovery software. I would recommend you to try SysInfoTools MS SQL Server Password Recovery software to unlock your SQL Server login. It will show you all the logins present in your SQL Server database file and allow you to set a new password for any individual as well as system administrator login.
