how to add questions into database for an online examination?

Hi,If an Exam Instructor want's to add the questions into database(SQL), when students want to write the online examination,then they can select the domain(domains are,.NET,JAVA,Testing Tools,Oracle,SQL Server),based on the domain i want to add questions into database,and when student wants to write exam,it should be retrieved from database(SQL SERVER).can any one tell me the source code and C# Code for this please.And i want to add 30 questions for each domain.can you please tell me.
