Create an Employee Time Tracking System (ETTS) to record time entries of all employees for your company

Two Primary actors are:
1. HR
2. Employee

Employee details will be registered by HR and the default password will be generated by ETTS.

Employee should log in to the system with the given User ID and Password by HR

Employee has to change the password for the first time login.

Time Management Page :

1. Punch in / out
2. Time Sheet Report
3. Logout

Punch in / out Page :

? Label to display the login Employee ID.

? Label to display time

? Multiline Textbox to enter the Comment

? In / Out button to submit.

Note:

? In button has to be displayed only when the employee has already punched out previously / for the first time in.

? Out button has to be displayed only when the employee is punched in.

? Out button should work only if the total number of hours spent is less than 10.
Otherwise Out button has to be disabled. He needs to contact HR for further enable.

Time Sheet Report Page :

? Calendar to select From Date.

? Calendar to select To Date

? Generate Report Button to display the time entries between the given dates for the logged in employee Only.

? Cancel Button to go to Time Management Page.

All the time entry details which are mapping to search criteria should be displayed in a GridView with the following Columns.

Example like:
Date In Time Comments Out Time Comments Total No. of Hours

HR:

1. can log in to the system

HR Home Page :

1. Employee Registration
2. Punch in / out - for HR as well as for other Employees for a particular time
3. Time Sheet Report - for HR as well as other Employees
4. Logout

Example like: Time Sheet Report of 555667 for 13-08-2012 to 13-09-2012
Date In Time Comments Out Time Comments Total No. of Hours

Punch in / out Page :

? DropDownList with all Populated Employee Ids.

? RadioButtonList to select In or Out.

? TextBox to enter time

? Multiline Textbox to enter the Comment

? Submit button to submit the details.

You must make a tracker which starts as the user enters the password and ends when he exists. I have also seen a recent tracker which tracks the moment of the worker. If the worker does not work or works slow, the trackers deduct that time. Here is the s/w which i am using. http://www.labortimetracker.com/
