how to back and restore database in sqlce while running the application

for Backup:
right click over database then go over Task and then To Backup

for Restore:

right click over database then go over task and then restore

Hello

Backup

Open Sql Server Management Studio

Expand the databases.

Right Click on the Database -> Select Task -> Backup -> Choose Location -> Givename.bak

Restore

Create a New Database

Then right click on the new database -> Select Task -> Restore -> Choose the .bak file and then check the restore button and the go to options on left corner and select overwrite option and click ok

It's the actual way Alok has suggested, click on database - scroll to task and Backup, similarly for restore.
