How to improve performance of SSRS report which is configured to an asp.net application. I have already cached the report.

It's having huge amount of data and the time taking to load in a page is very high. Any suggestions?

Mark this as answer, if it is.....

The best way to improve performance is Caching, that you already implemented. Next thing that I can suggested you, don't load bulk amount of data to show the result. Use Filter show as minimum as possible data. Give user to select filter criteria and based on that show the data.

Hope this will help you. Let me know if you have any more concern.

Cheers !

Are you sure the table scan is not taking long time?

Check if you have proper Indexes created for the table. Sometimes, creating a number of required Non-clustered indexes makes the database respond more quickly than ever.

Then it must be a problem on how you rendered your report. Check your report.
