I have MS ACCESS DataBase and in that I have a Field With Text Type and I want to Get Data by sorting it as Date

The Queryis Like

SELECT F1,F2 From MyTab WHERE (Cdate(TextDate) <= Cdate('03/06/2013'))

The Problem is that it works some time and some times doesnt. Please Help me I m on critical stage
