Hi,
Hope you are doing well.

Satellite assembly contains resources specific or language culture information for different languages.

as we have to add resource file in dot net application and needs to put different language value and we need to add below code for creating the object of resource manager, for further plz check below link

System.Resources.ResourceManager rm = new System.Resources.ResourceManager("TestApp.string", Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly());

In multilingual application in .NET to support multilingual functionality you can have modules
which are customized for localization.These assemblies are called as satellite assemblies. You can
distribute these assemblies separately than the core modules.
