Masterpage or frame. Which one is good?

As per masterpage it reloads every time a page is refreshed.

But frame reloads only that part.

In case if we have a top and footer also a menu. Which one will be good a master page or frame?

I don't want to reload them every time.

Mark this as answer, if it is.....

Masterpages are a concept at runtime. So if you are truely looking for partial page load you need to go for frame.

Masterpages and content pages are combined in the server and produce a common response to the client. So Basically this is not partial, rather the whole page is created at once.

In case of Frames, there will be multiple response created, so if you postback only the righ section, it will postback only that part only.

Master page is Server side concept.
Frame/ IFrame is Client side concept.

Depending on ur requirement you should use.
