Interview Question on Networks

This was an interview question which was asked to me which I couldnt answer. I googled for answer as well, but never found an answer.The question is as follows:

We have client and server, then give three solutions in which server can identify that the message from the client has been completely sent .

Pls answer this question.

You can say httphandler would decide to finish the client request, for more information refer below link.
