HOW TO CODE FOR THE THIS Scenario

Got a scenario :
got two mailing list.. member and director

when members click member member mailing link it should automatically redirect to login page with username[membername] displayed as default and password should be blank..

same as when director click director mailing link it should automatically redirect to login page with username[director name] displayed as default and password should be blank..

how to code for the above
