I think Aspose.PDF for Java Library is a solution of your problem. Try it i hope it will solve your problem.

I think you can use free library to generate pdf, like itextsharp.

There is another Java library for PDF that can help you in creating pdf file with the features you have mentioned known as Aspose.PDF for Java. This library offers many other features which you will find many helpful. Check out this lib here:
