Unable to drag my storeprocedure to my design surface..

I am usinng Linq with Sql in Visual basic 2010..

Unable to drag my storeprocedure to my design surface..

Everytime i drag , .mdf file creating in solution explorer..(instead of being in design surface)

Why i am facing this error..

I replaced with new dll in the path of C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Visual Database Tools..

still unable to drag sp inside design surface..instead getting mdf created in solution explorer..
