Upload MDB file and datas stored in Sql server 2008 table

I want to Upload .mdb file and that mdb datas will be stored in Sql server 2008 table.

Please give me solution as soon as possible.

Right Click in SQl Management Studio and select attach and browse to the mdf file.

i right click Sql management studio but doesn't have attach file option.

I having aspx.cs screen.In that screen i put fileupload control.Upload the mdb file and click save button.So that mdb file datas will be inserted in sql server 2008 table.
