Windows service to compress pdf files

I Just need to create a windows service which watches a folder and compresses all pdf files created or moved to that folder. Size of the pdf's are huge around 60 MB. The compressed file should be in the same format(pdf).
pdf contains large sized images and text.

Does anyone have any idea?

To create a Service its simple you can just Follow this article, here i was killing a Notepad every 5 seconds

in your windows service, you will be able to check the size of the files, use io class.
