Hello,
You can create more than one Custom Search Engines with a single Google account.

Please refer below Google developer's links for more details,
https://developers.google.com/custom-search/docs/start?csw=1

For Custom Search Engine , you have to pay Google.
See this link for those details http://www.google.com/enterprise/search/products/gss.html

There you will come to know the prices for different subscriptions.

I have already gone through the solution given by you but it opens up result in the same page.

Actually I have got one solution as given below:

<form id="cse-search-box" name="cse-search-box" class="search searchHeader" method="get" action="https://www.google.com/cse/publicurl?cx=0123456:abcdekfg">

<input type="text" name="q" id="q" class="text_input" />
<input type="submit" name="sa" value="Search" class="submit" />
</form>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.google.com/coop/cse/brand?form=cse-search-box&amp;lang=en"></script>

after submit it display search page but with Google header and Google footer.I want to display my website Header and Footer instead.

Thanks

There is a Google JavaScript in the code right.
That is responsible for the google things.

I think you might try adding yours instead of that. I'll look on this and let you know if i get any solution.

Thanks & Regards,
Krishna
