Hello Zohaib,
Visual C# is just a GUI designed by Microsoft to allow programming in the C# language to be done easier by having a help file, special file libraries to assist development, and debugging tools, amongst many other features.

Standard C# is just the language itself; each C# program must be compiled using an installed compiler. The program is simply entered into a text editor such as notepad or by using a Unix program such as Pico or emacs, then compiled.

Visual C# has the compiler built into the program, which makes the process a bit easier.

Thanks & Regards,
Krishna
