use composite primary key..

the main feature of primary key is Uniqueness( no duplicates) and must have a value..

So if you want to have some duplicates on the primary key column means that you might have a composite primary key on a table.

i.e.
For example, TableA having column1 & column2 as part of Primary Key so that either Column1 or Column2 can have duplicate values but the combination of both columns must be unique
