Hi

The first line " no repeating and multivalued attributes" is the rule of first normal form.
There should not be any column that is not fully dependent on primary key. This is the rule of Third Normal Form.
How ever for a table to be in third normal form, it should aslo be in first and second normal form as well.

It's in 3rd NF.

-no repeating and multivalued attributes : 1st NF

-no attributes that are not dependent on the whole primary key : 2nd NF

-no attribute that depend on other non-key attributes. 3rd NF

Check here all 3 normal form details: http://sqlwithmanoj.com/2009/03/25/database-normalization/
