Hi friends

can anyone explain in brief that how we configure certificate on the IIS 6.0 in the windows server 2003

You will need to go to Directory Security tab of the IIS properties. Read this post http://www.instantssl.com/ssl-certificate-support/csr_generation/iis_ssl_certificate_5x.html for complete help with steps on how to setup SSL in IIS 6.0
