Disturbed in what sense? What gets disturbed?

Ideally any file should be compressed and sent as an attachment to decrease the file size.

Thanks

Hi Sheonarayan,

1. We have winapp which generates xml reports throught serialization process.
2. When our client send us those xml reports through their mail client. viz. www.globeemail.com, it gets disturbed.
3. What I mean by disturbed, is, xml tags lost and some weird text is coming in that file. New line feed is seen and special characters appear in xml report.

Please advice if you need any other info. Thanks in Advance.

Looks like there is problem in your client mail client. There are chances of encryption or encoding the attachment content where it is getting wired.

Just to ensure the problem is not your network or your firewall, check if that happens in all other systems. If it happens everywhere, there is very remote chances that you can do something about it.

Thanks

Hi Sheonarayan,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Its not happening everywhere, only few clients are facing this issue. So, maybe as you are saying there must be some issue with encoding or encrypting? Should I discuss with an IT team for the same. Please advice.

Thanks in advance.
