Authentication of external site user from code behind [Resolved]

Hi,
I have requirement where external site (site from other domain) user to be validated from code behind file.

For eg:
I have url of external domain site with credentials.
When i pass httprequest with URL and credential details it should authenticate user and send authentication cookie

@Milanm Sir,
What you are looking for is to generate a bearer token and to provide CORS.

Here are some pointers

Thanks RNA team for the response.
The provided links are related to creating Web-API or using deployed Web-API.
In my case i have some third party url which do not have any web-api.
My query: What is alternative of Webapi via which we can verify user from third party url.
eg: In code-behind file we pass url & credentials which authenticate the third party site and gives response in terms of authentication token or authentication cookies.
