Which technology will be better in all aspect while developing mobile application.
1 - Xamrin
2. Apache cordova

None are native.. both hybrid .. also both are not able to use 100% API features of the native app. But Advantage of Cordova as per my experience is that, we can use the same AngularJS code + html template both in browser and mobile platform (obviously changes will be taken care by CSS).

I had a first look at Apache cordova and I am impressed. Even if Xamrin is supported by MS I think, its good to go ahead with cordova.

Xamarin can a good choice if you are willing to build app for all 3 platform (ioS, Android, Windows). This will save you ~ 40- 80% rework for business logic and 60-90% rework in UI code. Xamarin is just a development tool But which ultimately produces the pure native code for respective platforms.
Another reason to use xamarin can be that you need not learn Objective -C for ioS and Java for Android. Only 1 skill c# is sufficient to help to build app for all these 3 platform.
