enter key in editable panel

i have used editable panel.
when i type text in panel and press enter
it enters two lines.

e.g
----------------------------|
typed words,press enter|

next line comes here. |

Can you post the source code ,so that we can identify the Issue ,whether you are using Grid Edit with panel etc.

Try pressing Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter it will insert only one line.

this is my panel.
when u type in something and hit enter for new line then cursor goes two lines down.

i.e this is your current line, when press enter.

Hi Raja.

i tried it by pressing shift+enter
it works .

but we cannot tell to customes to press sft+enter.
they won't feel normal.
