Hi,
If a web page does not have a view state, will load viewstate executes in life cycle of a web page?

No. The two functions will not be fired if there is Enableviewstate property as false for the page. This can be tested by yourself by just overriding these functions.

Also one more thing, in any case if saveviewstate doesn't have any values, the event loadviewstate will not be fired.(even the page viewstate is true).
