Hi,
As per my understanding with your problem. User want to display all static contents in language they want and also they want to save values into database as per selected language.
for example language is 'Spanish' so
1. all label, caption should be in 'Spanish' you can do that via resource file implementation.
2. user enter some thing in 'Spanish' and same should be save as it is into db. for this you need to takes unicode supported datatype into db.

Hope it will help if not please refrain you problem more..

Thanks
