Cookies based session working fine after disabling browser cookies too. How?

I use cookies based session and disabled my browser cookies support completely but still my session variables working perfect. HOW?

Yeah it will work, since we have option for Cookieless session. Microsoft provides this option(Cookie less session to be used in case of client side cookie is disabled. You can see Cookieless session by searching in google.

but where did you disable it in your browser and what browser are you using ?

Karthik, Yes I know about cookiesless session but as I already mention I use cookies session in my application and disabled all cookies in my browser. after doing this my session working fine. how?

Vuyiswa, I'm using IE 8.0.6001.18702. For disabling cookies I follow these steps In IE->Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab->Advanced button->Check Override automatic cookies handling -> check Block for first and third party cookies.

Otherway I also try IE->Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab->Defults -> then set the setting to internet zone to Block all cookies.

In both the case my application session working fine.
