Hi Seenu,

If your query is about how to setup your Visual Studio to be able to create and work on Silver light applications please follow the following:
- Check your Visual studio version- Version 9.0.30729.1 SP. You may check this by selecting Help->About Microsoft Visual Studio menu option in VS
- If your Visual Studio version is lesser, you might need to install the latest VS SP by searching for: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 (Installer)
- Once that is done, you may install the following- Microsoft® SilverlightT 3 Tools for Visual Studio 2008 SP1
Note:- Both downloads are available in microsoft.com site

Once these are done you would be getting the necessary templates within Visual Studio to create your own Silverlight applications.

Hope this information helps!

Regards,
Udai
