I need How to value Pass or Fetch and Populate without State Management.

i didnotwant store and retrieve this

1.session,Cookie,Querystring,viewstate


how to receives some values I think delegate use this solution i doknow how will
do this any one post them and advantages using delegates.

Can you please be more clear? If you only want to pass or fetch values..you can pass them in arguments also!!!!

there is no better way to do this without using ASP.net state management techniques, you can choose one of from them depending on the security and performance issues related to the data you want to pass between.

you can also use PreviousPage property and FindControl() method to access the values of your server controls in your previous page
