HI,

I tried to uninstall a cumulative update on MSSQL Server 2008R2. I am facing the following error:

sql server setup has encountered the following error:
A failure was detected for a previous installation,patch, or repair during configuration for features[SQL_SSMS_Adv,SQL_PowerShell_Tools_ANS,CommonFiles,].In order to apply this patch package(KB2489376),you must resolve any issues with the previous operation taht failed.View the summary.txt

please provide a solution.
