Windows Communication Foundation and oops

Is service orientation or object orientation do we use in wcf?. or can i use both?

WCF stands for Windows Communication Foundation and it replaces the normal traditional soap web services. and they can be written in C# or VB.NET , so both these languages are object orientated.
