How to create global.asax.cs file in asp.net

I have created the file but then i m getting error
Could not load type 'image.Global.asax.cs'.

<%@ Application Language="C#" CodeBehind="Global.asax.cs" Inherits="image.Global.asax.cs" %>

0	Hi, This file is created when we add global.asax file into the project. If you are getting error, just delete the file and add once again.
