Probleam in file uploader plugin

Hi,

I am using fileuploader plugin to upload a file using IN MY asp.net project.It is working fine.But CANCEL link not working here.I am not able to cancel the file being uploaded .
Also I have a browser issue that the progress bar is not visible in IE8 which is visible in firefox and chrome.

Can any body know solution to this issue.Please let me know.
